Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support on various legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, ensuring the company operates within the law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, safeguarding the company's interests in all business transactions.
- Handle all legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
- Develop and implement company policies, guidelines, and procedures to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
